Grip Raises $2 Million Pre-Seed Investment


Miami based startup Grip has officially announced that they have raised $2 million in a pre-seed funding round that was backed by firms such as Soma Capital, Western Technology Investment and several angel investors from the logistics industry.

Grip is a perishable shipping logistics startup and their latest round will be used to build out Grip’s software platform which is intended to help eCommerce businesses moving perishable items, such as meal kits, pet foods, pharaceuticals, and flowers.

They aim to reduce shipping errors and limit overall waste.
